The Second Choice of Cluster Head Algorithm Based on LEACH Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks

摘要

LEACH is a classical clustering-based protocol with favorable performance in wireless sensor net-works. From this paper, we have proposed an improved routing algorithm based on LEACH protocol, involved cluster head choosing, single-multi-hop routing and the building of its path. Simulated in MATLAB,the improved routing algorithm has higher energy utilizing rate, and it can helps prolong network's lifetime.
