胎儿心脏发育过程中microRNA的表达谱分析

摘要

microRNAs (miRNAs) areshort noncoding RNAs，regulating gene expressionby targeting protein-coding mRNA at post-transcription level,miRNAs are important both inearly cardiogenesis and in the process of heartmaturation.However，miRNAs are expressed in atime-specific manner，suggesting a differentmiRNAs expression profiling corresponding to adifferent time point.Therefore，we attempt todetermine whether miRNAs expression in humanfetal heart are time-specific,and acquire somevaluable information regarding heart development-associated molecules，events and signalingpathway，which are under the control of miRNAs.
