microRNAs (miRNAs) areshort noncoding RNAs,regulating gene expressionby targeting protein-coding mRNA at post-transcription level,miRNAs are important both inearly cardiogenesis and in the process of heartmaturation. However,miRNAs are expressed in atime-specific manner, suggesting a differentmiRNAs expression profiling corresponding to adifferent time point. Therefore,we attempt todetermine whether miRNAs expression in humanfetal heart are time-specific,and acquire somevaluable information regarding heart development-associated molecules, events and signalingpathway, which are under the control of miRNAs.
