A New Kind of Nonparametric Control Chart

摘要

In this paper we present a new type control chart for monitoring the mean of the process based on empirical likelihood ratio confidence intervals.The constructions of our proposed chart are completely nonparametric and no distributional assumptions are required.A limited but representative simulation is included and they are very supportive of the proposed control chart.
