解難爲本學習(PBL)舆科技之融合—以學生得益爲首要考慮

摘要

Technology holds the potential of enhancing problem-based learning (PBL).Even simple technology like the video triggers can represent the clinical situations that students will face more realistically than paper cases.However, video triggers could also cause cognitive overload, especially for junior medical students: the video presents so much information that students are distracted from the critical thinking process of clinical problem solving.
