摘要:this article is based on C60D sand concrete as the object,the mechanism of stone powder content was studied,water-binder ratio,sand ratio,ratio of mineral powder and silicon powder content on the properties of concrete,and on the basis of the optimum mixture ratio of high performance of the mechanism of sand concrete mechanical properties and performance analysis are verified.The resuits show that when the water/cement ratio and sand ratio was 0.3 and 0.3,respectively,mineral powder and silicon powder 80 kg/m3 respectively and 30 kg/m3,with composite blending,the mechanism of sand concrete has the optimal mechanical performance and working performance;Along with the increase of the content of stone powder by a 7 d age,early in the boundaries of the mechanism of sand concrete shrinkage with stone powder content increases with the rising,after more than 7 d age,the shrinkage of concrete with the increase of stone powder content showed a trend of decline;Powder admixture effect,increase the compactness of the concrete,can effectively avoid the carbonization reaction of concrete,so as to further improve the mechanism o.f sand concrete carbonation resistance.%以C60D为基础的机制砂混凝土为对象,研究了石粉含量、水胶比、砂率、矿粉和硅粉含量配比对混凝土性能的影响规律,并在确定最佳配合比的基础上对高性能机制砂混凝土的力学性能和工作性能进行了验证性分析.研究结果表明:当水胶比和砂率分别为0.3和0.37,矿粉和硅粉分别为80 kg/m3和30 kg/m3,采用复合掺配获得的机制砂混凝土具有最优的力学性能和工作性能;随石粉含量的增加,以7d龄期为界,在界限早期的机制砂混凝土收缩性随着石粉含量增加而不断上升,当超过7d龄期后,混凝土的收缩率随着石粉含量的增加呈现下降趋势;石粉掺和料的作用,提高了混凝土的密实性,能有效避免混凝土的碳化反应,从而进一步提高了机制砂混凝土的抗碳化能力.
