A test paper generation method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a reference test paper (S101), the reference test paper comprising a plurality of reference test questions; acquiring test questions similar to the reference test questions to obtain a plurality of candidate test questions (S102); selecting one of the plurality of candidate test questions as a test question (S103); and generating a test paper according to the test questions (S104).
