PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for appropriately disclosing health information in sanitation management that is not limited to medical institutions.;SOLUTION: A health management system includes: a health information management device including a storage part for storing health information having one or more items in each member, and a processing part for extracting one or more items included in a request from the health information in receiving the request for disclosing the health information through communication; and an information processing device including a display content reception part for receiving items made to request the health information management device to be disclosed through communication as a display content, a code generation part for generating a two-dimensional code for requesting the health information relating to the items to be disclosed, and a code display part for displaying the two-dimensional code.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
