The present invention relates to an antibacterial antiviral tissue, a method for preparing the same, and a method for an antibacterial antiviral coating. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the base layer; and an antibacterial antiviral composition impregnated in the base layer or applied to one surface of the base layer, wherein the antibacterial antiviral composition comprises: 50 wt% to 90 wt% of an acrylic resin; 0.5 wt% to 6 wt% of hydroxyapatite; 4 wt% to 35 wt% of calcium carbonate; 0.5 wt% to 9.5 wt% of zinc oxide; and an antibacterial antiviral tissue comprising the remainder additive.
