PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needed long-term certification support system, etc., of analyzing "special notes" by using artificial intelligence, an estimation rule, and a machine learning model of tasks of a work for confirming a "certification survey sheet", estimating the condition of a target person, mechanically extracting an inconsistent point between a "basic survey" and the "special notes", and quickly outputting a survey result (certification survey sheet).;SOLUTION: A needed long-term care certification support system includes a terminal through which a certification survey sheet is inputted and the condition of a target person is reported, an artificial intelligence unit that analyzes the condition of the target person, and a server that estimates the condition of the target person. The artificial intelligence unit includes a data conversion unit that analyzes analysis target data and converts the data to a short sentence, an intent/entity extracting unit that extracts intent and entity from the short sentence, and a fact generating unit that generates a fact from the intent and the entity.
