METHOD FOR EXTRACTING NEURAL TISSUE-DERIVED EXOSOMES

An Ag-Fe3O4 immunomagnetic microsphere having a surface modified by poly-D-lysine, and connected to S100β and/or MBP antibody by means of an amide bond. The Ag-Fe3O4 immunomagnetic microsphere can specifically capture peripheral nerve tissue-derived exosomes. The use of the Ag-Fe3O4 immunomagnetic microsphere to extract nerve tissue-derived exosomes can achieve high yield of exosomes having high nerve specificity from per unit volume of nerve tissues, and can provide a novel method for clinical treatment of peripheral nerve injuries in the future.
