Disclosed is a flexible RFID passive temperature measurement tag printed on the basis of MXene ink. At room temperature, an RFID antenna is directly printed, by using MXene ink, on different flexible substrates by means of an extrusion printing technique, and an RFID temperature measurement chip is directly connected to the RFID antenna (1) by using the MXene ink as a binder, without the need to perform binding by using additional metal ink materials, such as conductive silver paste, or binders. The MXene ink in the present invention has equivalent physical and chemical properties, such as a high conductivity and mechanical properties, to those of traditional metal ink; compared with an antenna printed by means of traditional metal ink, the RFID antenna printed on the basis of the MXene ink does not require high-temperature post-processing after being printed, there are no limitations on the selection of a flexible substrate, and there is no problem of heavy metal pollution recovery; and after the RFID passive temperature measurement tag prepared on the basis of the MXene ink is encapsulated, the service life thereof is comparable to that of a metal tag manufactured by means of a traditional process, and the technique is beneficial to advancing the development of the RFID passive temperature measurement tag in the direction of mass and intensive production.
