The ribbon-type SiC fiber manufacturing method includes the steps of melting polycarbosilane (PCS) for manufacturing SiC fiber and spinning it into a fiber (S10); a first preheating step (S20) of heating the PCS fiber while changing the drawing direction of the PCS fiber spun in the spinning step at a predetermined position; a second preheating step (S30) of reheating the PCS fiber while changing the drawing direction of the PCS fiber that has passed the first preheating step; and winding the PCS fiber that has passed the second preheating step while pulling it with a predetermined tension (S40).
