The present invention relates to a system for predicting nucleotide correction efficiency and result of nucleotide editing, and a method for predicting the efficiency and result of nucleotide correction using the system. Using the prediction system according to one aspect, it is possible to predict the efficiency and accuracy in a simple way without the need to individually manufacture and verify the gene scissors, so that it is possible to select the gene scissors that can be safely edited. Furthermore, among pathogenic/pseudopathogenic human point mutation diseases, it is possible to predict the efficiency and frequency of results in cases in which a disease can be made or corrected by nucleotide editing, so that a target disease for nucleotide correction can be selected.
