To provide a needle seat holding structure that suppresses deterioration in assemblability when a needle seat is assembled in a cylinder wheel.SOLUTION: A needle seat holding structure comprises: a cylinder wheel 60 including a cylinder gear 61, a shaft part 63 extending from the cylinder gear 61 to the back side, and a stepped surface 64 that is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 63 and that faces a direction inclined toward the front side with respect to the radial outside; and a needle seat 70 which is externally inserted into the shaft part 63, which is bent along a virtual straight line L passing through a first edge point 73 and a second edge point 74 separately arranged along the outer peripheral edge, and which has a through hole 71 formed on an axis O and into which a portion on the front side with respect to the outer peripheral edge of the stepped surface 64 in the shaft part 63 is inserted. The through hole 71 is formed, in a flat state where the bending of the needle seat 70 is eliminated, so that it is a long hole point-symmetrical about the axis O and so that its transverse direction goes along a direction in which the virtual straight line L extends. The diameter of the through hole 71 in the transverse direction in the flat state is smaller than the outer diameter of the stepped surface 64. The diameter of the through hole 71 in the longitudinal direction in the flat state is larger than the outer diameter of the stepped surface 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
