According to an embodiment, by adding a photoactive ligand or a photocrosslinking agent to the thin film of the nanoplatelet structure using sensitive organic/inorganic molecules, only a desired portion can be photocrosslinked and patterned. An anisotropic semiconductor nanoplatelet structure with adjustable shape and emission wavelength is used as a light emitting body and patterned, and excellent electroluminescent devices can be realized with narrow half maximum width, optical anisotropy, and excellent out-coupling efficiency. It is possible to realize fine pixels and to form a uniform pattern, and the process is easy based on the photolithography technology widely used in the industry.
