The present application relates to: a novel branched-chain amino acid aminotransferase mutant for reducing a by-product that is generated when producing L-isoleucine; a polynucleotide for coding the mutant; a vector comprising the polynucleotide; a microorganism comprising the mutant, the polynucleotide or the vector; and an L-isoleucine production method using the microorganism.
