PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a canopy-opening/closing device capable of inhibiting a cargo from overflowing from a rear edge of a charging port.;SOLUTION: A container 1 with a canopy-opening/closing device comprises: a container body 2 having a charging port 2a disposed at its upper portion and for feeding a cargo, and a discharge port 2b disposed at its rear portion and for discharging a cargo; a flap door 4 disposed at a rear portion of the container body 2 and for opening/closing the discharge port 2b; a canopy 5 disposed on the container body 2 and for opening/closing the charging port 2a; an opening/closing device 6 for performing an opening/closing operation of the canopy 5 between a closed posture and an open posture; and a regulating plate 51 disposed on the container body 2 side and for preventing a cargo in the container body 2 from overflowing from a rear edge of the charging port 2a when the container body 2 is inclined downward toward the rear in a state where the canopy 5 is in an opened posture.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
