To make it possible to hold store reserves for cash withdrawals from a deposit/withdrawal machine, collect store sale proceeds, and perform electronic settlement.SOLUTION: A deposit/withdrawal management system includes: a deposit/withdrawal machine that is equipped with electronic settlement means, installed in a store, and for depositing and withdrawing cash; and a deposit/withdrawal management device connected to the deposit/withdrawal machine. The deposit/withdrawal management device includes: communication means that receives first information including an amount of store sale proceeds to be remitted to a store use financial institution and identification information, and receives second information including an amount of cash withdrawn or an amount settled using electronic settlement means by a user of the store and identification information for identifying the store; received information identifying means for identifying the first information and the second information; and remittance processing means for remitting the amount of the store sale proceeds of the store to an account of the store use financial institution identified from the identification information included in the first information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
