To provide a deformed tunnel countermeasure effect prediction program and an effect prediction method thereof and a deformed tunnel countermeasure effect prediction device which can easily predict the effect of suppressing deformation by countermeasures to be implemented in the deformed tunnel and select the optimum countermeasures.SOLUTION: An effect prediction program is a program for predicting the effect of countermeasures to be implemented in a tunnel. The effect prediction program makes computers to execute an effect prediction procedure S120 for predicting the deformation suppression effect of the countermeasure to be implemented in this deformed tunnel based on the inward displacement velocity of the tunnel. The effect prediction procedure S120 includes the procedure for predicting the deformation suppression effect of the countermeasures to be implemented in this tunnel based on pre-numerical analysis data that numerically have analyzed the deformation suppression effect of this countermeasure in advance using the conditions that affect the deformation suppression effect of the countermeasure as parameters, and the internal displacement velocity of the tunnel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
