[Problem] To provide a program used assisting a caregiver, caregiver assistance method, and caregiver assistance system. [Solution] Provided is a program for causing a computer including a measurement device capable of measuring heart rate to execute: a measurement process for measuring the heart rate of a child and the heart rate of the child's caregiver using the measurement device; and a first display process for causing a first message for the caregiver to be displayed on a screen on the basis of the result of measuring the heart rate of the child and the result of measuring the heart rate of the caregiver.
