Provided is a method of manufacturing a resin-molded lead frame in which no resin remains on the upper surface of the lead frame. The method for manufacturing a resin-molded lead frame of the present invention includes a resin molding step of resin molding a lead frame having a groove portion, wherein the resin molding step includes injecting a liquid resin into the groove portion from a side surface of the lead frame. It characterized in that it comprises an injection process and a resin solidification process of solidifying the injected liquid resin.
