A rice processing method using Smilax china L. root, fruit and leaves of the Smilax china L.; drying; extracting the concentrate by putting the dried roots and fruits in water; pulverizing the dried leaves to make a powder; and producing a rice processed product including Smilax china L. component by using the concentrate of the roots and fruits and the powder of the leaves. It is possible to produce rice products containing vines.
