The present invention relates to a binder resin for electromagnetic wave shielding, an electromagnetic wave shielding coating composition comprising the same, and an electromagnetic wave shielding film formed using the same. Specifically, a polymer for electromagnetic wave shielding using an acrylic polymer with excellent weather resistance, easy synthesis and handling, low yellowing degree, excellent oxidation stability, and easy modification by changing the polymer composition or introducing functional groups depending on the required physical properties.
