The present invention relates to the field of public transport apparatuses. Provided is an environmentally friendly winter heating device for use in buses. The key point of the technical solution of the present invention is as follows: a heating device is comprised, and the heating device comprises a heating box and a heating mechanism, wherein the heating box comprises a box top plate, a box bottom plate and two box side plates, which are correspondingly connected; the heating mechanism comprises a heating opening device, an air heating device and an airflow control device which are sequentially arranged inside the heating box from front to back; the heating opening device comprises an airflow guiding plate which is arranged from top to bottom at a time; the air heating device comprises a plurality of bent heat transfer pipelines; one end of the heat transfer pipeline is in communication with and connected to a car engine exhaust pipe, and the other end thereof is connected to a secondary exhaust pipe; the airflow control device comprises an electric fan; an airflow generated by the electric fan is blown from a rear part of the heating box towards a front part of the heating box; and the electric fan is an electronic silent fan.
