This disclosure provides improved, embodiments for monitoring of building environments and scoring of various aspects associated with them. An exemplary apparatus includes at least one processor and at least one memory configured to, when executed, receive building monitoring data via a plurality of environmental monitoring sensors located within the at least one monitored building environment. The example apparatus is further configured to determine, for the at least one monitored building environment and based on the building monitoring data, a set of building operations scores corresponding to the set of building operations metrics. The example apparatus is further configured to determine, for the at least one monitored building environment, an overall building operating score based on the set of building operating scores.
