To provide biaryl compounds useful for the treatment of human diseases in oncology, neurology and immunology.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compounds and compositions thereof which are useful as inhibitors of Bruton's tyrosine kinase and which exhibit desirable characteristics for the inhibitors. For example, the present invention provides biaryl compounds useful for the treatment of human diseases in oncology, neurology and immunology. In a specific embodiment, the present invention also provides a method of decreasing the enzymatic activity of Bruton's tyrosine kinase comprising contacting Bruton's tyrosine kinase with an effective amount of a compound of the present invention or a composition thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
