PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment with an injection mechanism which enables injection of an injection material into the ground around a tunnel without newly drilling a hole in the segment. SOLUTION: This is a segment 2 with an injection mechanism that can be arranged as a segment forming an outer shell of a tunnel. Then, the main body portion 21 which is the main structure of the segment, the rod portion 3 which is stored in the main body portion and can extend toward the outer peripheral side of the tunnel, the cutter portion 4 provided at the tip portion 31 of the rod portion, and the tunnel.
