PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete curing management device and a concrete curing management method capable of suppressing a construction cost while making it difficult for a mark to remain on a concrete structure. SOLUTION: A curing management device 10 for concrete C includes a sheet-shaped RFID tag 1 that can be attached to an inner surface 101a of a formwork 100, and a reader 2 that is separate from the RFID tag 1. The RFID tag 1 includes a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the concrete C, and an antenna that transmits temperature information indicating the temperature of the concrete C detected by the temperature sensor by a wireless signal.
