Disclosed are a pipe gallery transportation corridor and a pipe gallery transportation system. The pipe gallery transportation corridor comprises a pipeline (10), the pipeline (10) comprising an inner surface of the lower portion of the pipeline; and two rails (20), the two rails (20) being arranged opposite each other and arranged on the inner surface of the lower portion of the pipeline, and each of the two rails (20) comprising a guide surface (22) and a traveling surface (23) connected to the guide surface (22), wherein the guide surfaces of the two rails (20) are opposite each other, and a guide rail (25) is arranged on each of the guide surfaces (22); and traveling rails (26) are arranged on the two traveling surfaces (23), respectively. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the rails occupy a small amount of space in the pipeline and are lower in position, so as to reasonably utilize the internal space of the pipeline, greatly reduce the height of the space occupied by a straddle-type rail, and greatly increase the transportation space for goods.
