The structure has an entry pit at a side of a transportation path and linked to a horizontal gallery (5). The gallery is linked to a manipulation trench (3) having a collector at its base and reinforced by a steel coating. Rails (7) are provided on spacers of steel coating for reversible displacement of two under carriages and moving a protecting tube. The carriages serve as support and the tube envelopes a pipe to be accessed.
