An operative body (1) for an operative hystero scope (100) associable with an optical system (7) to form an operative hysteroscope (100), said operative body comprising a containment jacket (2) which forms an internal volume (4), which accommodates an operative channel (5), a sheath (6) for the protection of an optical means (71) of the optical system (7) and an interspace duct (8), wherein the operative channel (5) and the interspace duct (8) can be connected to sources for the intake/delivery of an operative fluid by means of respective first and second flow adjustment devices (10, 11) provided on a connecting body (3), which further comprises an access port (12) for surgical instruments which communicates with the operative channel (5).
