Manufacturing method of humanized animal model using bone marrow suppression

摘要

The manufacturing method of a humanized animal model according to an aspect effectively expresses the human immune system by suppressing the bone marrow of a non-human individual and transplanting or injecting hematopoietic stem cells. Therefore, the animal model prepared by the above method can be used for long-term evaluation of immuno-oncology drugs or for screening cancer-related biomarkers.
