The disclosed technology relates to a sedentary exercise device, comprising: a housing having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an upper surface inclined at a predetermined angle and having a pair of spaces formed inside the body left and right, respectively; a first fixing member having one side fixed to an upper portion of the left space among the pair of spaces of the housing and extending in a central direction of the left space; a second fixing member having one side fixed to an upper portion of the right space among the pair of spaces of the housing and extending in a central direction of the right space; a third fixing member having one side fixed to a lower portion of the left space of the housing and extending in a central direction of the left space; a fourth fixing member having one side fixed to a lower portion of the right space of the housing and extending in a central direction of the right space; a first footrest having an upper portion connected to the other side of the first fixing member and a lower portion connected to the other side of the third fixing member moving in a free direction within the left space; and a second footrest having an upper portion connected to the other side of the second fixing member and a lower portion connected to the other side of the fourth fixing member moving in a free direction in the right space. Therefore, there is an effect of relaxing the musculoskeletal system without temporal and spatial constraints.
