An internal fixation device for patella fracture, comprising a knee holding ring (1), patella nails (4), adjusting rope belts (3a-3e), and an adjusting mechanism. The adjusting rope belts (3a-3e) and/or fixing rope belts (2) are connected to the edge of the knee holding ring (1), and the tail ends of the adjusting rope belts (3a-3e) and/or fixing rope belts (2) are sleeved and fixed on the both ends of the corresponding patella nails (4), wherein the lengths of the both ends or middles of the adjusting rope belts (3a-3e) can be adjusted, such that each fixing rope belt (2) and each adjusting rope belt (3a-3e) are tensioned. The rope belts can be adjusted in the radial direction and can also rotate moderately along the knee holding ring (1), and can thus adapt to nailing selections at different positions, there is no need to consider the constraint problems of the lengths and end hole positions of the rope belts during nailing, an optimal nailing position can be found, a positioning instrument is not required, and there is only a need to operate the rope belts for tensioning adjustment after nailing; therefore, the operation process is simple to operate and high in efficiency.
