To solve the problem in which, when newly adding a server to a network environment in operation, a certified tax accountant and the like of an accounting office using a server need a system administrator with expertise in terms of which kind of information is required information of various kinds of information and the like for each group of the certified tax accountant and the like such as which data they can have access to, which server they use and the like.SOLUTION: In addition to an introduced server employing the present art, an extension of the network is enabled by adding the server employing the present art to a new group. A cumbersome security setting can be readily implemented only by setting for each server employing the present art of each group, and a system extension is enabled only by a security setting for each group without chores such as a security change of an entire network, which in turn can offer an easy and easy-to-understand operation not needing the complicated security setting with respect to a data area exclusive for administrators.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure5-5
