According to the present invention, with respect to 100 volume ratio of the mixed dispersion for wet grinding of silicone, 3 to 20 volume ratio of silicon powder, and 80 to 97 volume ratio of the hydrocarbon dispersion medium and additives are 80 to 97 volume ratio, and the additive is a mixed dispersion for wet grinding of silicone comprising a dispersant and a viscosity modifier and a method for preparing a nano-silicon slurry using the same, and a nano-silicon slurry prepared by the method are provided.
