PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of wall thickness measurement management of a pipe. SOLUTION: This is a method for managing the wall thickness of a pipe to be managed, which is for measuring vibration information while irradiating the controlled pipe with a laser beam for vibration to generate free vibration. The natural frequency measurement value of the tube cross section is acquired based on the vibration information acquired from the reflected light reflected on the outer surface of the controlled pipe by irradiating the laser light of, and the calculation or the vibration measurement of the sample tube is performed.
