Disclosed are a biological sample analysis system and an analysis method for analyzing a biological sample in which an internal tissue is non-uniform according to a location. The biological sample analysis system includes at least one measurement unit and an information processing unit. Here, at least one measurement unit acquires detection spectra for a plurality of measurement regions provided at different positions of the biological sample. In addition, the information processing unit compares the detection spectra to determine whether the measurement regions are normal, or converts the data contribution to a specific component of the biological sample by differentiating the detection spectra.
