It is proposed a plastic netting executed as a raschel net for the cultivation and harvesting of onions, having several fringes extending in the longitudinal direction parallel to each other (1), which are connected by running back and forth weft threads (4), wherein the fringes (1) are each formed of at least two threads (2, 3).
