Composition for producing a stacked layer of a metal oxide polymer composite, the composition comprising:0.2-0.9 g of the polymer uniformly dissolved in dichloromethane to produce a polymer solution;a varying concentration of potassium chromate (K2CrO4) which is thoroughly dispersed in polymer solutions separated at room temperature for a specified period of time to obtain homogeneous solutions; anda plurality of layers of the nano composite polymer films stacked on top of each other, wherein an insulating layer adheres between each pair of the plurality of layers.
