The monitoring device comprises a first housing (1), a second housing (2), a first support frame (3), a second support frame (4), a power source assembly, a camera (5), a sampling device and a control module; the first housing (1) is pivotally connected to the second housing (2), the first housing (1) and the second housing (2) form a closed housing by pivoting, the first housing (1) is internally provided with the first support frame (3), the second housing (2) is internally provided with the second support frame (4), the first support frame (3) is arranged in a circumferential direction along the inner wall of the first housing (1), the second support frame (4) is arranged in a circumferential direction along the inner wall of the second housing (2), and the power source assembly is connected to the first support frame (3); the sampling device comprises a sampling tube and a sampler (11), the control module, the camera (5) and the sampler (11) are all connected to the first housing (1), the camera (5) is located on the outer surface of the first housing (1), the sampler (11) is located in the first housing (1), the sampler (11) is connected to the sampling tube, the sampling tube extends out of the first housing (1) or is accommodated in the first housing (1), and the sampler (11) is electrically connected to the control module.
