A radar detection device and a radar detection system. The radar detection device (100) comprises a first detection component (101), a second detection component (102), and a third detection component (103). A first electromagnetic wave transmitted by the first detection component (101) is provided with a first field of view, a second electromagnetic wave transmitted by the second detection component (102) is provided with a second field of view, and a third electromagnetic wave transmitted by the third detection component (103) is provided with a third field of view. Because the borderline of the first field of view overlaps with that of the second field of view or a detection area covered by the first field of view partly overlap with that of the second field of view, and the borderline of the second field of view overlaps that of the third field of view or the detection area covered by the first field of view partly overlaps that of the second field of view, the detection areas of the first detection component (101), of the second detection component (102), and of the third detection component (103) can superimpose each other to form an expanded detection area, thus reducing detection blind spots. The radar detection system comprises the radar detection device.
