A System of Signal Detection and Estimation for Ground Wave Over-The-Horizon Radar

摘要

Ground wave over-the-horizon radar(GW-OTHR) can detect the OTH moving targets on sea or at low altitude. This paper discusses the background for detecting a target with GW-OTHR, introduces the theory and implementation of the signal detection and estimation system which has the parallel processing function, and gives some experimental results. The results of GW-OTHR experiments show that this system can successfully detect and estimate the above-mentioned targets.
