The present invention relates to a lift arm for safely moving wires during indirect live wire work on a distribution line in a live wire state. More specifically, the present invention relates to a movable roller type insulated lift arm for indirect live wires and to an uninterruptible method for indirect live wires using same, wherein the movable roller type insulated lift arm: enables horizontal moving bars having moving roller units, which horizontally move, to protrude at respective sides at the top of an insulating pipe; can be mounted on a winch of equipment for high-altitude work and move up and down by means of the insulating pipe and, in particular, can freely move by means of the equipment for high-altitude work, thereby enabling wire transfer work by means of indirect live wire work in a wide range of locations within the distribution line; enables safe indirect live wire work for the wire transfer work such as change of assembling, installation of an inserted pole, replacement of a pole, and replacement of a crossarm; and enables the indirect live wire work while securing a safe distance according to the movement of the moving roller units mounted on the horizontal moving bars and capable of restraining an electric wire.
