The present invention relates to an implant (100) for insertion into the sinus tarsi of a patient, which has a first section (10),has or consists of a second section (20) and a third section (30). The first section (10),the second section (20) and the third section (30) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the implant (100) one after the other. The second section (20) lies between the first section (10) and the third section (30). The first section (10) further comprises an engagement deflection (11) or a drive for engaging with a rotary tool (210) into it. At least the second section (20) and the third section (30) each have an external thread (21, 31). Further, an outer diameter of the second section (20) is smaller than an outer diameter of the third section (30). The present invention further relates to an instrument set,a treatment set and procedure.
