A cerebral infarction prediction method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an input step of acquiring a magnetic resonance image; a lesion prediction processing step of pre-processing the magnetic resonance image and predicting a lesion area for cerebral infarction by applying the pre-processed magnetic resonance image to a deep learning model to generate a lesion area prediction resu a prediction result storage step of matching the magnetic resonance image with the lesion area prediction result and storing the sorted cerebral infarction prediction result for each patient; a cerebral infarction volume calculation step of calculating a volume of cerebral infarction lesions for each patient based on the cerebral infarction prediction result to generate a cerebral infarction volume calculation resu and outputting a final result output step of outputting the cerebral infarction volume calculation result for diagnosing cerebral infarction.
