The present invention relates to a new application of phenothiazine compounds in pharmacy, wherein the phenothiazine compound is selected from the compound represented by formula (I), its hydrate, solvate or its reduced form, in particular an application in the manufacture of a PD-1 signal transmission inhibitor. The phenothiazine compounds of the present invention can inhibit the function of PD-1 and block the signal transmission of PD-1 so that they can be used as inhibitors of PD-1 signal transmission. Through the in vitro experiments it was foundthat these compounds can restore the function of immune cells inhibited by PD-1, thereby improving the function of immune cells such as CTL to secrete cytokines and kill target cells, thus improving the immune function of the body, in addition, the tumor can be effectively treated.
