This inventive work relates more particularly, to the development of a device to drive live monetization, live payment and live donations for the entertainment, fundraising and other kind of live events therefore providing the event industry a means for monetizing and paying for live events services and contents. The invention is also creating a tailored live video streaming production method with a new live feedback set-up especially for the live event industry therefore aiding event owners or contents producers and their distant audiences with a more effective means for converging, transacting business and interacting more remotely, and particularly, helping the industry in achieving uninterrupted dealings even in times of lockdown due to epidemic, pandemic or any other security measures restricting people from movement.
