PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately warm a body by incorporating a sheet type heater and operating the heater as necessary, but even if it is intended to be used as air-conditioned clothes, the sheet type heater is brought into close contact with the body. The heat of the heater is transferred to the body side, and the gap required as the air flow path created in the air-conditioned clothes impairs the cold protection effect. SOLUTION: A jacket body 3 having a fan fitting hole 25, a fan 31 detachably fitted to the fan fitting hole 25, and a fan fitting hole 25 are covered with respect to the jacket body 3. A liner 39 with a built-in heater that can be detachably attached is provided. If the liner 39 with a built-in heater is removed, a gap is formed between the liner and the body, and if the liner 39 is attached, the liner 39 is in close contact with the body. The cooling function works by the operation when the fan 31 is fitted, and the heating function works by the operation when the heater is mounted, but both of them can be effectively operated by attaching and detaching the liner 39 with a built-in heater.
