To facilitate understanding and acquisition of information concerning an absorbent article required by a user.SOLUTION: A method of making questions and answers concerning an absorbent article through messages exchanged between a user and an automatic answering system on a screen has: a video preparation step in which videos concerning the absorbent article are prepared; and a video display step in which the automatic answering system displays a message including the videos on the screen in response to the user making the questions concerning the absorbent article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
